Domestic Shipping

Most orders placed Monday through Friday before 5 p.m. Central Time will be shipped within three to five days of receipt. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following business day.

  • Orders totaling $50 or more will be shipped for free via UPS or USPS Priority Mail, with an estimated delivery time of one to three days.

  • Orders ranging from $0 to $20.99 will incur a shipping fee of $2.00 and will be shipped via USPS First Class Package, with an expected delivery time of one to three days.

  • Orders between $21 and $49.99 will have a shipping cost of $5.00 and will be shipped through UPS or USPS Priority Mail, with a delivery time of one to three days.

International Shipping

For international orders, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout and transit time can take up to 3 weeks.  To see if we ship to your country, please try and place an order to see fees.  

APO/FPO MILITARY ADDRESSES

The U.S. Postal Service will deliver to APO/FPO addresses when this information is included:

  • Service member’s name (“Any Service Member” is no longer permitted)

  • Unit and APO/FPO/DPO address

  • 9-digit zip code (if assigned)

SHIPPING TO A BUSINESS ADDRESS

Orders being delivered to a place of business must include the company name. Please enter a business name in the Business Name field when placing an order shipping to a commercially zoned business address. Horaios does not fulfill website orders that are placed with a warehouse or distribution shipping address. 

RETURNS

California State Law prohibits the return of certain items, including goods, which cannot be resold due to health considerations, and/or goods not returned with their original package (Civil Code section 1723). Horaios accepts returns of unopened items purchased at www.horaios.com within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase at www.horaios.com (such as the www.horaios.com order confirmation email and/or receipt showing proof of payment) must be presented in order to receive a refund or exchange. Only items purchased on www.horaios.com may be qualified for exchanges or returns. If you purchased from our authorized retailers, please contact them directly.


Return shipping is the responsibility of the shipper. Refunds will be made in the amount of the purchase price, plus tax to the original purchaser’s method of payment(s) or store credits. The refunds will be made when the returned item is received by our warehouse and verified to be in its original condition. Shipping cannot be refunded. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and will process your exchange.


Returns of purchases made at third-party retailers (locations other than www.horaios.com) must be handled by the retailer where the purchase was made. Please refer to the third-party retailer's return policies prior to your purchase.

EXCHANGES

We want to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied.


If your order arrives damaged or is not the item you ordered, we will gladly exchange the damaged or incorrect item for a replacement product of equal or lesser value, or you can choose to receive a credit toward a future purchase at www.horaios.com.


Damaged products or incorrectly shipped products will be exchanged at no additional cost to you as long as the exchange is handled within 30 days from the day the order was shipped.

BACKORDERED ITEMS

There are times the item you want is out of stock or on backorder. In these rare circumstances, we will ship other items in your order first and ship the out-of-stock items once they arrive at our distribution center. Your credit card is charged at the time of order for the purchase, including tax and shipping.

If you decide to cancel the out-of-stock item before it ships, please visit the My Account section at www.horaios.com to process the cancellation. Your credit card will be credited back the full amount.
